All orders are processed and dispatched from Birmingham, UK via Royal Mail and Parcel Force. Shipping fee is calculated at checkout.
Orders are processed between 2-3 days from purchase date. A shipping confirmation will be sent via email once order has been shipped.
We do not process and/or ship orders on Weekends and Bank Holidays in the UK.
Time frame indicated on shipping is from dispatch day, an estimate and WORKING DAYS only.
(UK ONLY) In rare circumstances wherein your parcel has not been delivered within the estimated shipping time frame, you are entitled for a refund after 12 working days from the shipping date. However if the courier attempted delivery but no one was available to receive the parcel, you will have to wait 10 working days from the attempted delivery date to be entitled for a refund.
We only offer tracked shipping method for international orders.
Additional customs and/or duty fees may be charged on delivery, these are not included on our product prices and therefore the customer's responsibility. If the parcel was not received due to customer's refusal to settle customs/duty fees or complete documents, the right for refund will be void since we've done our part in shipping your order.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure correct information such as name and shipping address is entered. In case incorrect details were provided and the order has already been shipped, it will be the customer's liability.
Pinay Glow will not be held responsible for lost or undelivered order due to incorrect detail/s provided by customer.
For countries not available on checkout, please send us a message and we will try to arrange shipping to your location.
Please be advised that we do not partially fulfil orders. This means that order with items tagged as pre-order will be shipped once all items are on-hand. If you wish to receive some of your items sooner, please order separately.
Please DO NOT order items tagged as pre-order if you are not willing to wait.

Estimated date of arrival is only an estimate and delay may occur.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept return, exchange and/or refund due to the nature of our products.
We make sure that we pack orders well to prevent damage during shipping. But in case you have received a damaged product, please contact us within 30 days from dispatch date. Damaged item/s needs to be posted back to us, we can only send replacement once we received the returned item/s.
